Non-PNG customers - Customs, Quarantine, Tariffs, and Taxes The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Delivery Policy
DFS (PNG) Limited as Prouds Website gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. PROUDS Online aims to achieve the delivery time frames set out below.

  • 1 - 10 Business days for pickup at selected Post Office PNG locations within Papua New Guinea. 

  • Current Private Letter Box Holders

    • Customers that own a private letter box in the receiving post office will be given Free of charge storage for their items until Picked up. No fees are applied.

     Non Private Letter Box Holders

    • Customers that Do Not own a private letter box in the receiving Postal Office will incur a daily charge of K2.00 per day for non-pick of the cargo after the 5th Day of receipt onsite.

     Due to limited storage space and other security risks, receivers are required to pick up their parcels within 1 to 5 day from arrival on site. 

  • Steps to tracking customer’s orders:

    • Visit Post PNG online page: postpng.com.pg;
    • Enter the connote detail provided by Post PNG on the “EMS Track + Trace” space bar (Egg: DC306190).
    • Click ‘enter’ and the shipment status will be provided.

    Post Logistics Call Centre staff will get pre alerts of all shipments processed in the system and will track customer’s cargos based on real time data due to internet connectivity across all Post offices.   

  •  Acceptable Weights (Between 1 and 5Kg Maximum) 

     The airfreight for online customer purchase is limited only to light weight cargoes between 1 kilogram to 3 kilogram (kg) for a single purchase. Any additional kg thereafter to maximum of 5 kg will incur and additional fee.

     

  1. a) PROUDS Online cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames; and;
  2. b) PROUDS Online is not liable for any Loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
    During major sales events Orders may experience delivery delays.

*Please note that transit time is from date of shipping and not date of purchase. Packaging may take 1 to 2 business days from date of purchase. The transit times shown above may differ due to any of the reasons mentioned below: • Flight/Shipping cancellations and technical delays • Customs clearance processes • adverse weather conditions • incorrect consignee addresses the above transit times are applicable for major cities only; addresses in regional areas may take longer. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays or costs involved in customs clearance.
All the shipping charges will be clearly displayed on customer order confirmation and invoices and he/she will only be liable to pay the total amount including shipping cost.
Store Pickup
You may choose to collect your goods from selected Prouds or Post Office PNG. Items can be picked up on a preferred date by paying online. You will receive an email when the goods are ready to be collected from your outlet of choice. This service is free of charge.

Payments
All prices displayed are in Kina exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Prouds Online Store accepts MasterCard, Visa Cards and American Express. All the transactions will be carried out in Kina (K) and all the payments will be verified and authorized by https://www.windcave.com/ com via a secure server.
